Delivery

We deliver throughout Saratov, Saratov Region, Russia, or abroad (excluding unfriendly countries):

• self-delivery (you pick up your order yourself);

• CDEK, CSE, DHL, Dostavista, DPD, ExMail, or Pony Express courier service;

• Boxberry, Hermes, or PickPoint delivery service;

• delivery by carriers: Energia or PEK (we visit them ourselves), as well as Baikal Service, Delovye Linii, ZhelDorExpeditsiya, KIT, Magic Trans, Nord Wheel, Rail Continent, or Vozovoz (we invite them to our place).

Important about delivery:

• we ship within 3 business days after receiving cleared payment;

• goods are paid in full before shipment;

• delivery costs are paid to the carrier;

• please check your shipping costs, delivery time, and other terms with the carrier;

• carriers require the following information about the consignee: full name and phone number, as well as address of the pick-up point;

• for returns and refunds, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs!
