Return and Refund Policy

In case a used part is found to be inoperative, you can return it and get a refund.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the spare part to return it.

The warranty for electrical or hydraulic products such as generators, starters, control units, motors, pumps, sensors, regulators, dashboards, etc is ONLY valid if a used part was installed at a service center that has a license to carry out specific works. Used spares are to be returned along with an installation and non-compliance letterhead statement made by a service center – with a seal and signatures of responsible persons, and a photocopy of a license to carry out specific works certified by the service center.

A buyer shall inform us about used part revealed defects IMMEDIATELY after he finds them.

Any used spare can be returned ONLY in fully assembled form – provided its appearance is preserved and all marks put on it and/or unit junctions are maintained.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs!

The refund is made within 3 business days after the day we get the used part which is returned – within the amount paid for it by the buyer.

Warranty Waiver. We do not accept second hand spares:

mounted in violation of requirements given in a part user manual and/or car operating manual;
used parts including flashable electronics that they tried to fit in different (alien) car makes;
used spares sold as a repair set (maintenance kit) or discounted parts;
body parts (roofs or heads, wings or fenders, sills or metal rocker panels, pillars or stands, etc) cut out off-gage at the request of a customer;
opened engines when the cylinder head and cylinder block are sold separately (the warranty is provided in the form of a thorough inspection by the buyer as well as execution of feasible quality control procedures);
damaged used parts – whether through the fault of a buyer or carrier (a postal service, a carrier company, a delivery service, etc).
