A Refund Amount

We are fully committed to global trade traditions, business customs and commercial practices: the amount paid by the seller for the returned goods cannot be more than the amount paid by the buyer when buying them. This means that the buyer is NOT compensated:

• the cost of transportation of used spare parts to the installation site;
• the cost of installing used spare parts;
• the cost of consumables needed to install used spare parts;
  
• the cost of setting up used spare parts;
• the cost of dismantling used spare parts;
• the cost of transportation of used spare parts to the place of return;
• interest on the loan received to buy used spare parts and/or repair the car.

In other words, we do NOT pay for the services of carriers, diagnostic experts, consultants, automobile mechanics, creditors, as well as the buyer's "legs", lost time, gasoline, related materials, medicines needed on the way for a spare part and back, lost profits, etc.

We ONLY refund the cost of the used spare parts purchased from us!
